During the winter, the backs of my hands get really dry. Sometimes if not treated, my knuckles will crack and bleed. So, I’ve used hand lotion, but I really can’t stand the oily feeling of using hand lotion to moisturize my skin. Also the smell of hand lotion really gets to me as well. I read about this and tried it, it will help moisturize your hands for a short time after you wash your hands. But long term it doesn’t help as much. It comes out as a lotion but does lather up once you start washing your hands. It smells like lotion too, but after you rinse off your hands, there is no after-smell.
